Our journey began 30 years ago in Vancouver, Canada. After graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, founders Kelly and Vince Germann quickly built a reputation for excellence. Their early work earned a prestigious construction award from the City of Vancouver for sustainable building, and they even had the privilege of seeing a client’s custom home featured on the cover of the Street of Dreams Plan Book.
Building in Costa Rica
Drawn by the vibrant beauty of Costa Rica, Kelly and Vince relocated 28 years ago. Since 1995, we have proudly operated under our local name, Cordoba Construction, specializing in luxury custom homes in the Tamarindo area. Today, we focus our expertise on the region’s most exclusive coastal communities, including Flamingo, Hacienda Pinilla, Reserva Conchal, and Playa Grande.
